Reed Visual designed and produced the secure
e-commerce storefront for The Vicar Sauce
Co., a producer of salsas, barbecue sauces,
and food condiments. The site features
secure credit card sales, PayPal order
protection, quick download time, and a
humorous theme which still maintains
exceptionally clean graphics, and an easily
navigable user interface.

We had to include this second e-commerce
site because it's a subsidiary of Reed Visual
and we're proud of it! Artists In The Air
offers attractive, collectable, large-format posters of original, hand-painted US WWII bomber nose artwork
printed directly from the personal photo
archives of the actual pilots and crews
themselves. We designed it as a tribute to the men and planes of "the greatest generation," and we hope we've at least come somewhat
close.

Hollywood called and we answered! A
promotional site was needed to spotlight the
superb accomplishments up-and-comer Natalie
Worden, star of numerous movies, plays,
videos, and commercials (some of which Reed
Visual has produced!), soap actress, and
national spokesmodel for
Lady Foot Locker. Reed Visual took the
challenge, and we feel the job we did
deserves at least a little of Natalie's
reflected star shine!

The Jeanne Reed Foundation is a non-profit organization which financially assists lesser-known charitable organizations to reach their goals. The Foundation asked Reed Visual to construct a clean yet
visually attractive site to help it in its tireless efforts to promote the education, health, and cultural activities of youth and adults throughout the northwestern Ohio and southeastern Michigan areas. We're happy to report that the site has been living up to the
task.

Cuyahoga Community College commissioned
Reed Visual to create an internet presence for its Crile
Archives Center for History Education. The
site features a wealth of historical
information and a unique military look and
feel which has brought praise from
organizations ranging from The Western
Reserve Historical Society to The History
Channel. In fact, The History Channel was so
impressed with the site that it has begun
partial funding of it. The site is currently
planned to be a focal point of an American
history distance learning project funded by
the federal government.

Ferry Industries, an international plastics
manufacturer, came to Reed Visual in search of a
website which would both present a great
deal of highly technical information about
the company's numerous heavy-industry
products while maintaining a reserved,
corporate look. The extensive site,
featuring technical specs, product shots,
video clips, world-wide contact information,
and user request/feedback forms, has met
with great success, bringing Ferry
Industries back to Reed Visual year after year to
maintain and update the continually evolving
site.

Medical/Dental

Reed Visual created a website to promote a dental
office featuring a new technique which
reduces the time braces must be worn to just
six months. The site presents information on
the technique itself plus other family and
cosmetic procedures available, including
numerous before and after photos which
highlight the quality of the work. The site
has been highly successful, with a steady
stream of visitors who often arrange
appointments based on the strength of the
web page alone.

Pillars Design, a producer of wallpaper and
wallpaper borders, presented Reed
Visual
with a
challenge: put together a site which
presents a tremendous amount of information
and user interactivity in an easily
accessible way, but which still maintains
the high aesthetic values the products
offered demand. We're happy to say that the
final result lived up to expectations. The
site features product shots, detailed
information, an interactive section which
allows the user to view wallpaper borders in
different room settings, and product order
information all in a functional, yet
artistic fashion.

Real Estate

Reed
Visual was charged with the task of devising a site
for Breen & Fox, a billion-dollar
commercial real estate company. The job
presented an interesting challenge: maintain
a clean, simple interface while at the same
time incorporating multiple levels of nested
information plus a large external property
listings database. The solution turned out
to be an elegant frame-based site which
easily satisfied all project demands.
